About SF Camp

Sidhpur Foundation (SF) Camp is conducted by Sidhpur Foundation to help maximize the educational potential of high school students of the Ismaili community who are residing in the U.S. The camp provides specific information, guidance, and support on a one-on-one basis to help students understand the US high school system and the college admissions process. The camp also provides information on various career options. The main idea of the SF Camp is to inspire and motivate the youth by bringing them in contact with role models from various walks of life.

Objectives

The SF Camp hopes to meet the following objectives:

• Provide structured resources and guidance to high-school students to help them maximize their potential in college
• Expose youths to students and professionals from diverse careers and thus enable them to be informed of career choices early in their college life
• Expose youths to the programs and activities of AKEB and make them better equipped to reap the benefits of AKEB’s programs
• Provide networking opportunities amongst high school, college going, and professional youth in the USA
• Develop exemplary role models and leaders within the Ismaili community
• Engage in fun filled games and activities

Participant Requirement:

SF Camp 2022 is open to 7th through 11th grade students from the Ismaili community.

Departure:

Friday, November 18, 2022 by 6:30 PM from SF Office:
800 Bonaventure Way STE 162, Sugar Land, TX 77479

Arrival:

Sunday, November 20, 2022 by 1:00 PM to SF Office

Transportation to/from campsite:

Transportation will be arranged by SF.
Note: Participants will need to provide their own transportation to the SF Office prior to departure and transportation from the SF Office after arrival.

Registration Fee:

$150.00. This includes transportation, lodging, meals, supplies, etc. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance.

The application form is available on the following link. To apply, please complete the Registration Form by October 15, 2022. If you are selected, a Sidhpur Foundation representative will notify you by October 31, 2022.
