To offer education and career guidance and resources to young 14-22 year olds in India and Pakistan.
Background
The criteria used for determining the path of higher education is often a combination of affordability, career-outcomes, salary considerations, skill confidence and influence from family and peers. But a strategic approach often fails to place education within the context of problem-solving for 21st century jobs that don’t yet exist. New research on psychology and educational philosophy suggests a lifelong process of discovery and adaptation--particularly for teens and young adults who formulate an attitude that carries through for a lifetime.
